ASAP Program Duties
Typical Duties:
• Oversee students enrolled in the ASAP, promoting an environment of skill development and enrichment
• Mentor/assist all students in a group sessions
• Mentor volunteers that assist in student instruction
• Motivate students to improve their academic skills, behavior, social skills and attendance
• Maintain positive, professional contact with parents, school staff and community leaders
• Provide students with a safe and controlled learning environment
• Meet schedules and timelines
• Function in a position that requires walking for extended periods of time, bending, stooping and manual dexterity
• Meet, greet and monitor volunteers, students, parents and visitors entering the ASAP
• Ensures all paperwork is completed, as required
• Inventory and distribute ASAP materials including instructional supplies, snacks, computer resources and incentives
• Attend mandatory staff meetings as scheduled
• Ability to be flexible and interchangeable within all aspects of the program (Homework Assistance, Enrichment & Physical Education)
• Ability to modify and facilitate activities within program when necessary
• Perform any other duties as assigned

TEACH Program Duties
Typical Duties:
• Lead by example with skills for mentor/tutoring
• Greet volunteers, students and visitors entering the tutor/mentor site
• Supervise and facilitate tutor sessions
• Maintain a safe and controlled environment
• Mentor/tutor from 1-5 students in a general session
• Mentor volunteers that assist in instruction
• Record attendance of tutors and students and submit mandatory forms to Director of Sites
• Inventory, order and distribute materials including instructional supplies, snacks, computer resources, and incentives
• Attend mandatory Staff Meetings as scheduled
• Perform any other duties as assigned

BHS Program Duties
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor Enrichment lessons through observation and interaction with site staff.
- Develop in coordination with site staff a monthly calendar of academically enriched lessons.
- Build a working relationship with school day teachers and work to extend the regular school day.
- Promote a safe and positive classroom environment
- Actively supervise and ensure student safety at all times
- Incorporate assigned curriculum as part of monthly lesson calendars.
- Attend all meetings and training’s that the position requires.
- Give guidance and counsel to program/site staff when appropriate and keep all pertaining records.
- Assist with program events as needed.
- Provide an opportunity for the students to participate in enriching academic activities without regard for high performance skill or ability.
- Provide activities in a safe supervised environment.
- Establish a student-centered program that considers the needs and interests of all students.
- Provide age appropriate activities.
- Support the exploration of interests and the development of skills, mastery, and creativity.
- Support youth leadership development.
- Promote community service, engagement.
- Align ASAP enrichment projects to supplement what the students are learning in the school day.
- Be goofy, have fun and be a good role model

Once you have completed the self-onboarding you will be able to log into your Paycom account using the Paycom app or by going onto the Paycom website. Below is the link to the website.

Below are the three items needed to log into your account:
• Username
• Password
• Last 4 digits of your SSN
Under the time management tab you can view your previous, current, or future timecards. You can also view all of your approved or denied punch requests.
• Web Time Sheet Read Only
Under this tab, you may review and approve your timecard and you may also add new punch requests or edit any current punches you have on your timecard.
Reviewing and Approving Your Timecard:
1. Click Web Time Sheet Read Only
2. Make sure the correct pay period is chosen at the top right corner
3. Review all dates below and if all looks good you can press the “approve date” button at the bottom of the screen.

Requesting a new punch or editing a current punch:
1. Click Web Time Sheet Read Only
2. Make sure the correct pay period is chosen at the top right corner
3. To request a new punch if on the website, click “Request new Punch”. If you are on the mobile app you will click the blue plus sign to request a new punch.
4. You will need to make sure the date, type of punch, time, and reason are included before submitting a punch request. Below is an example of what that looks like.
5. If you are editing a current punch, you will click onto the current punch from your timecard and it will look just like the example below.

Under the time off requests tab you may request time off and view your current accruals.
Request Time Off
Make sure that your request for time off is 10 calendar days in advance. Your supervisor has the ability to approve or deny any time off requests.
1. To request time off click the time off requests tab
2. Then it will show a calendar, click “add time-off request” or the blue plus button if you are using the app.
3. All highlighted areas in the example below should be filled out before requesting time-off.

Accruals:
1. Under the time-off requests tab click accruals
2. Under this section it will show how much sick time you have accrued.
3. Regarding time off for personal, all time off requests must have the “Unpaid time-off accrual chosen”
4. All Site Coordinators will accrue sick time from the first day. There is a 90 day employment period that you will not be able to use sick time but will be accruing it.
5. Once your 90 day employment period is complete you are free to use your sick time, if you have accrued it.
6. All Site Coordinators are allowed to use 24 hours of sick time per year. You may accrue up to 48 hours but only 24 hours are allowed to be used.
Under the information tab, you are able to update your address/contact information, HR information, change password or username, change security questions, EEO Information, and preferences.
Under the payroll tab, you are able to view paystubs, see your pay-to-date, view your pay rates, edit your tax set up, view your scheduled earnings/deductions, create a test sample paycheck, view or edit your direct deposit set up, and view year-end tax forms.
Under the documents tab, if you are ever assigned any documents to sign, you may view and sign them here. If you want to view any signed documents you signed in the past, you may view them here as well. There is also other HR documents you may view from this tab as well.
Under the checklists tab you can view all incomplete/complete checklists. New Hires are assigned the New Hire Onboarding Checklist and Employee Verification Checklist. Both need to be complete prior to New Hire Orientation.
Under the personnel action forms, a PAF (Personnel Action Form) will only show up if: You are resigning, status change, pay rate change, etc.
Under the learning tab, you can view the “Welcome to Paycom 101 for Employees”. This learning course shows an in depth detailed explanation of how to use Paycom and its features.
Under the company information tab, you will be able to view all the links to step by step PDF’s on how to manage anything under your Paycom account. Below is a photo of all the resources you have access to.
After School Program Staff
The primary reason for this position is to coordinate and be responsible for the planning and the facilitation of components for the After School Program and Child Care. Staff will work to deliver quality programming to keep students engaged and extend the regular school day in the after school time. Staff must have a genuine interest in the growth, development, and provision of a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for the students they teach. The after school staff’s ability to establish authority through leadership, communication, and most importantly patience, will be required in giving our students the stability and nurturing atmosphere they need to succeed.
Before High School Program Staff
The primary reason for this position is to coordinate and be responsible for the planning and the facilitation of components for the High School Program. Staff will work to deliver quality programming to keep students engaged in a safe and structured environment. Staff must have a genuine interest in the growth, development, and provision of a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for the students they teach. Staff’s ability to establish authority through leadership, communication, and most importantly patience, will be required in giving our students the stability and nurturing atmosphere they need to succeed.
Before School Program Staff
The primary reason for this position is to coordinate and be responsible for the planning and the facilitation of components for the Before School Program. Staff will work to deliver quality programming to keep students engaged in a safe and structured environment. Staff must have a genuine interest in the growth, development, and provision of a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for the students they teach. Staff’s ability to establish authority through leadership, communication, and most importantly patience, will be required in giving our students the stability and nurturing atmosphere they need to succeed.
After School Tutor
It is the general duty of the tutor to serve as supervisor of a specified mentor/tutor site in Tracy. The tutor will perform duties related to the daily operations of mentor/tutor site.
